  I come here often because it is a nice studying location with my friend. It's a bit noisy but we can use it to our advantage, so at least we don't annoy other people while studying korean quite loudly :'D the staff is nice and the service is quick, but the staff doesn't always has time to clean the downstairs area.

  The shop itself is cosy, and the coffee is fine, however there were three staff present, two of them were nice but the girl preparing our drinks had an attitude for some reason. She asked if we wanted take away. We said have in. She made take away anyway, which is fine just a tad bit annoying. We also asked for tap water. Twice. Both times we got told ‘sure’ and nothing happened. Not very good customer service.
