  I am a new resident in one of the property managed by COMER. By and large I have noted a high order of unprofessionalism. There is no proper resolution of residents grievances. In a 9 storey building with approx 100 dwelling units, the lifts are almost dysfunctional. One lift I have never seen working. The other lift also goes off very often and then residents don't have a better option than to use the stairs. One can imagine the plight and do nothing but wait for some heavenly sense to prevail upon the professionals and some miracle to happen. Once the entrance gate stopped working and it remained open for 2-3 days. Cleaning of the common area is also irregular. Once the bulb of the staircase went off which took them a fortnight to replace. The open floor carpet replacement project ran for almost a month. There are many stories to describe their unprofessionalism.
  
  Incidentally this was a hallmark building built and now even being managed by them but not any more. Every now and then one can see tenants moving out.

  The building we just moved in to is managed by this company and it is managed disgracefully. Of the two elevators, one has been broken for over 6 months and the other breaks intermittently. I got stuck in there twice last week and had quite a scary experience pulling the doors apart to get out. Furthermore, the carpets in the halls/communal areas throughout the building are green with massive black stains everywhere. I have been warned by a few tenants that they won't be paying their management fees this year and I don't blame the. Thank god we're renting!!
