  I paid for carpet, underlay and fitting for my entire home. On the delivery day no one turned up and when I called the store I was told my carpet was out of stock and discontinued. No one bothered to let me know. I had to stay with relatives as I packed up my home for the carpet fitting. They took my money and didn't have the carpet. Theft! ! ! I would give them -5 stars

  Don't bother. Honestly. It would be quicker and easier to buy a baby lamb, wait for it to mature into a sheep, sheer it, process the wool, complete an evening course on how to weave a carpet and then finally fit it yourself in your own time over multiple weekends. Even then you'll have saved yourself weeks of chasing down a quote and god knows how much on chase up calls to their premium rate phone number just to speak to the store directly. I guess with such a bad service the calls are their cash cow these days. They certainly didn't seem interested in giving me the quote they measured for 3 weeks ago!
