  You have to decide if this is right for you, it's not for every business. My company is loss making and early stage and therefore of no interest (so far) to the major lending banks. I obviously didn't need or expect a large offer to start with, there is no security taken afterall, so the £1,000 wasn't a surprise. The rates are high but, again, it's high risk lending in my case (even if I back myself and the business!). The rates do gradually come down and the limit goes up but based on the general credit worthiness of the business than just the way you handle their account so don't expect sudden leaps. I find it useful to have around and have made use of it. The extra cost is what you'd expect so I don't resent the fees given the fact they were the only lenders and it's so easy using their site to draw and repay funds (plus the statements are excellent too). Hope I can get a bigger limit and lower rates eventually as a great service so far and happy to have them aboard.
