  Driver charged me more than the actual fare is for that journey!!!
  I took a taxi from LHR airport T2 to Hilton Garden Inn, airport hotel on Sun 14.01.2018 (1 adult, No luggage). At the traffic lights he start speeking very loud in arabic and I said: "Sorry I don't understand" but he said: "I am not talking to you, it's to my friend" and then I spoted another cab beside us with window fully opened. In that moment, I notticed that his meter reading is going so fast and there was "×3" in the corner. When we arrived to Hilton Hotel he told me to pay £21.40 for the journey that I traveled many times before and never paid more than £13 (usually it's £12) as it's only 5 min.trip. I told him that it's way too much, I even showed him my previous taxi receipt that I had in my purse from Thursday 11.01.2018 going exactly the same route, but he said: "This is MY taxi and this is the price you have to pay!" I did ask him to brake that price down and explain what am I paying for? but he was very defensive and rude, it was going nowhere and I had to pay.
  Then I walked into hotel and spoked to receptionist, they confirmed that it's way too much, they showed me the price list and it says £12 on it. I felt angry and ripped off!
  
  I am glad I took his Driver Badge Number 76957 and I will definetely write to cabvision management and Taxi regulator government body!

  Driver charged me false fees: On Nov. 21, driver number 54889 picked me up from the airport. When he learned my destination was an airport hotel about 5 minutes away, he spent the entire ride complaining about the short distance, how he waited for 4 hours at the airport only to get a short ride. I found his complaining to me, the passenger, about the ride I was paying him for, to be completely unprofessional. On top of this, when I told him I planned to pay by credit card, he lied and told me there was an additional 3 pound credit card fee (on top of the ride itself and 2.80 pound airport fee). I contacted the company Cabvision and received confirmation there is NO such credit card fee. In other words, driver number 54889 lied and fabricated this false charge to line his own pockets. I have complained to Cabvision and am waiting to hear a response.
