  Having read the "reviews" from other Watch Gallery outlets I admit I was a bit wary about what to expect. I had my name down on a another list for a Rolex which I was waiting 6 months. I decided to go with the Watch Gallery as well to see if their outlet was quicker. It was, I waited approximately 6 weeks before informed me my watch was ready for collection. The reception I was given surpassed my initial worry. Violetta and Vince went through all aspects of my Rolex, how it was made and how to use on a day to day basis, I can not rate them highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble, and I thank them profusely for the service I was given.
