  Great staff. Provided me with information about a hospitality course I wanted to do. They then put me with Brent Start. The admin lady was helpful. One was really encouraging (black/African/Caribbean lady with glasses) - she was very friendly and positive and gave me good advice whilst I was being enrolled by another staff . I recently completed the 12 day course at Willesden Green library. The staff have been amazing, helpful . I was very, very nervous at first because it's been long time since I've been in a learning environment. But everything went well. Thank you all for the encouragement and positivity.
  
  The only thing I would say is that it’s been over a month or so now and I still haven’t received my certificates or any info
