  We booked a table at the Boot and Flogger, London, for Saturday 28th and received a confirmation email. Upon arrival we were told there was no reservation and they were unable to seat us regardless of the previous confirmation. Neither apology nor attempt to accommodate was given. This was a birthday meal and we were then left to scramble and sort out a last minute reservation which is no easy feat on a Saturday evening. All in all very disappointing and unprofessional.
