  David Marshall and his team are a cut above the rest of Personal Trainers in London, for three main reasons:
  
  1) This is a private gym. No other members. No thrashing music. No smelly changing rooms. It's pristine, and oozes luxury.
  2) The method that David and his trainers use is unique to them - they don't just walk you through the bog standard exercises that you can find on any app, and do in any gym. The exercises are bespoke, as is the machinery / equipment - you won't find it anywhere else.
  3) They work hand in hand with other health experts - doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists - to customise your workout / plan to your needs.
