  I handed in a suit jacket on Wednesday and they asked if Tuesday was fine to which they then failed to meet. I already thought that was a long wait. I went in on the Wednesday as I was too busy to get there on Tuesday. Apparently my jacket was at the FACTORY as their machine broke down on the weekend?
  When it came back the jacket was damaged. There were big shiny streaks all over the place and there were creases in places no jacket should ever be creased in. I pointed this out and the member of staff said it was my jacket's fault as it was old which it isn't.
  
  Avoid this place at all costs as it will cost you more than you expected
