  Warning: no elevator and high stairs, so if you have health issues not allowing you to move using stairs or you have a baby and his/her equipment or you have a lot of heavy bags, it will be a problem. Poor sound isolation. Tiny rooms. However, staff is very helping and friendly, rooms are clean. Central location, easy to catch National Express to the airport. Take a note reception is opened only till 10 PM and don't forget socket adaptors if you have european type of a cable to charge your electronical devices. Hotel has to lend a few of them, but at the time of your need it may be unavailable.
