  Beware they are not a law firm, but an agent. They use panel solicitor firms. I initially selected them for their clarity of information on the website, and the helpful communication with their customer service. Then it turns out that they select a panel solicitor firm which is not local to Canary Wharf. The panel firm (Taylor Rose TTKW) took 2 weeks to make contact with me, and added a bunch of costs to the "agreed quote". So I would have paid 50% more costs compared to the quote given if I had continued with the case. 2 Stars only for their helpful customer service.
