  I have had a herniated disc for 2 months. I had to file a claim for my insurance to get physiotherapy covered and it required an assessment from the gp I saw for my back initially. I was told to come as soon as possible to drop off the assessment form. It's been 2 months and they haven't signed it when I specifically came on a Friday knowing bank holiday was on the next monday. They said they were missing paperwork only two weeks after I had delivered it then they said they were going to charge me 50 pounds which I agreed to. And they kept telling me it will be ready by Friday every week. Well it looks like I'm not going to see a physiotherapist and I'm going to just have to continue doing stretches with no professional assistance in my recovery. Thank you Belgravia Surgery.
