  I've been coming to Bamboo Fitness for over 2 years, almost since the studio opened. First as a regular on Pilates classes, and later also in hot yoga classes. I absolutely love coming to classes here - the atmosphere is always great and friendly, and the teachers are very competent. Another great thing is that offer several options of the exercises in a class, so it'll always be challenging, but never impossible. That's why I've started as a beginner in both Pilates and Yoga, but keep improving and being challenged.
