  I visited Balance Physio after straining my rotator cuff through weight-lifting. I had my first session with Anthony Adesanmi who used manipulation and I left the session pain-free with almost full mobility and was able to continue lifting. I had two further sessions and have had no issues since, even though I am lifting heavier. What I particularly liked about Anthony’s approach was that he provided a short-term solution so that I could continue to train, but also showed me some exercises and stretches to help prevent this issue arising in the future.
  I have also had a sports massage with Nadia Hussain and she was fantastic. My particular issue was a tight back and after one massage, it felt much looser and more comfortable when lifting. It was clear that she really knows her anatomy.
  I would definitely recommend Balance Physio and will be using them again; both for physiotherapy and sports massage.
