  I really wanted to support this local business and but was unfortunately met with suspicion throughout my visit and even after I had placed my first order! The owner is really hard work and exhausting. The business has great knowledge and a huge range but they are scarily aggressive. I understand local businesses have to fight hard to compete with online but fighting with aggression is not the right way to win customers.

  Terrible customer service. I was told delivery would be in 2 days, a week later nothing, then was told it would be another 2 weeks when I said I wasn't happy and wanted a refund as I couldn't wait that long, magically I got a call back to say my items were in! The other item I ordered wasn't as nice in person as it was in the catalogue and it took a long hard battle to refund it. Just don't bother, these people have no concept of service they're just money hungry and couldn't care less about your needs!
