  I think I'm done with using them. The drivers are friendly and polite and never had a problem when they pick me from home. They arrive early and wait patiently. It's the airport pickups that they always fail on. I'm always waiting for the taxi in spite of repeated requests to send them in with a placard and telling them I don't mind paying for the parking, I mind waiting around even if it's 5-7 min. When I called the office today and spoke to Anne she instead questioned me scoldingly as to why the driver had not come in. Anne, please ask your driver and it was more your attitude on the phone that just cost your firm a regular fare to and from airports.
