  Easy to see while you wait for your appointment that the receptionist treats English patients very different to anyone else. I guess my 40% tax for the last 8 years slaving away from 8 am to 7 pm is not enough to get 5 minutes of polite assistance. Cause I am not English... Most GPS there are fine but without a proper receptionist team your care suffers ( blood test results not communicated , appointments are in 3 weeks time and there is no apology for it and so forth)
