  We recently used this company and found the price they charged outrageous.They arrived for an emergency call out for a gas leak and despite being told in advance what the problem was they arrived without the necessary part.They then quoted a ridiculous figure to return with the aforementioned part and fit.We used another reputable company to complete the job and saved 55%.When we complained the responce was extremely unsatisfactory so consequently we will not be using this company again.We are a commercial business and have a lot of experience dealing with different trades,this is a prime example of why it pays to shop around
