  If I could give these people a 0, I would. These people are the reason sales people get a bad reputation. They sold me a piece of junk - a second hand BMW on a 5 year finance. As I only drove the car on weekends, I didn't report faults with the car until 2 weeks after purchase. I noticed that I couldn't put car into 1st gear sometimes, I'd have to turn it off and on again or double/triple clutch it to get it to work. When I informed Elliot, he told me to bring the car in and he'd have a look at it. He took it for a test drive and said there's nothing wrong with it. I told him that the problem was intermittent and you'd have to drive it around for a bit for him to see. They just kept shrugging the problem off. When finally the agreed to look at the problem properly, they said they can't fix it at their garage as their not BMW specialists - fair enough but why give me a year warranty on it if you can't fix it. They then told me they'll send it off to a BMW garage but the problem was still there when it was returned. I took the car back to them soon after and again they told me they booked the car in at a BMW specialist and had some work done to it. As the problem was not going away, I spoke to someone over the phone and asked her what part was changed and she said they didn't change anything. Surprise surprise!
  I tried contacting Elliot again but he started avoiding my calls and kept on making one of his colleagues take my calls. This is probably because he told me that if they take the car back, they'd take it to a scrap yard because of the condition of it.
  In the end, they wouldn't take the car back and only made other offers to me that would have benefited them. Even when I told the manager Elliot had admitted to me that the car was only scrapyard worthy, the manager just turned around and said Elliot can't make that call hence why I have heard from him since.
  Two years into my finance and having more problems with the car. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole! Greasy greasy car salesmen!

  I must commend on the performance of the staff. Outstanding customer services from Elliott MacDonald and Drago, I think (young Albanian man) who took me for the test drive. Not only do they know their product but they knew how to accommodate my needs. Elliot was knowledgeable and followed through the process. Not pushy ... So refreshing to see in today's society. I like the car very much and would have bought it because of him.
