  Previously I've ordered a leather case which was perfect but last month my husband and I walked out of the store for the way we were treated. He bought a stick umbrella and it wouldn't close without the runner scratching. Behaviour was mafia-like, concerned only about profits rather than customer satisfaction. No attention to detail to let this pass as saleable. I think the umbrellas are actually crude and cheap compared to James Smith & Sons which we went to afterwards, for a fraction of the price and it works!
