  This company is an absolute disgrace and ruined our holiday! Boyfriend applied for a Spanish Schengen visa 2 months ago and got a letter on Friday stating that they could not process his application any further as he was under the wrong Consulate! He is in university in North Wales and lives in Manchester, both areas are under the London Consulate you absolute morons! They tried telling us he belonged to the Scottish Consulate but when we rang them they informed us it was actually London!!! Our holiday is in 5 days, no visa, can not get a refund on anything as it’s too close to the holiday date! Oh and don’t even bother ringing them, takes 17 working days for someone to finally pick up and turn around on emails is more than 3 weeks but if you turn up there at the door without an appointment to sort out the mistake THAT THEY MADE, they turn you away! If you’re not white and from the UK they treat you like absolute f***** dirt and act way above you. If someone from the Consulate happens to see this get in touch ASAP, our family lawyer will be in touch.

  Not helpful, waste if time and money before processing my applications I called them to make sure we are fine to do so and answer was yes! At the end Spanish consulate give my kids visa but to me! Ruined holiday and lost money as been planned family holiday .
