  Although their cars and customer service are excellent at pick up, the last two times we have rented through them they tried to charge us £100's extra, once for damage and once for excess mileage, both of which were from mistakes at their end, as we didn't damage the car and we didn't do excess mileage. They ended up recognising their mistake in both instances but caused huge stress in the meantime. It is simply not acceptable.

  Sixt will take your Money at any chance they got, they will never give a penny back, don't book with them, use a trusted company! Make a booking 2 months in advance, want to change a day and to cancel/modify will cost you your whole booking fee! (£112)!!! even whin i'll still be booking with them, way to piss of your clientele Sixt, will not be using you again!
