  My face glows after one of Rupert's holistic facial reflexology sessions and I can definitely see the difference in my skin before and after the treatment. The facial is very relaxing and I also feel great afterwards. I highly recommend Rupert.

  I’ve been going to Rupert for reflexology treatments for almost two years now and every time I see the benefits of this methods.
  I’ve had for a long time lower back pain, problems on the knee and sometime I wouldn’t sleep properly. Before going to Rupert I’ve tried different methods, tried different physiotherapist and chiropractic, without any real improvement. So, one day I heard about plantar reflexology and found Rupert in an article saying that he was one of the best in London, so I decided to have a go and after the first treatment I know why that article said that!
  I felt immediately better, over time my back improved and my sleep too, plus after the treatment you feel really relaxed, better than any spa day-massage treatment I ever had.
  That said, for me Rupert he’s an excellent reflexologist and human being, that will listen to your needs and taking care of you, I definitely recommend you to try reflexology and its overall benefits.
