  Excellent staff and service exceptional. Focus on problem and finding a long term solution with realistic exercises (not over loading but keeping them few and focused). The knowledge that Emanuela has is exceptional and I fully trust her, especially as I am seeing vast improvements.

  With an important triathlon coming up, my shin was hurting whilst running. Laura was able to diagnose my shin problem very quickly and within a couple of weeks after regular sessions and following the plan she set me, I was back running at 100%! Amazing service! Thanks Laura
