  After years of avoiding exercise, I finally took the plunge and hired Kang as my trainer. I really didn't think 30 minutes would have any kind of effect but dropping down a couple of dress sizes and being fitter definitely proved me otherwise. Our sessions change from week to week so I'm always learning exercises or refining the ones I'm not good at :S
  He is extremely patient especially when I'm complaining and very professional. I'm so glad I've finally found the right trainer. Highly recommended. "The" best in west London!
