  I should have gone with my first instinct - when a guy tells you it will take 30 minutes to sew on a single button - you know he's shining you on. Should have walked out. Anyway, when i pick up my coat, the repair job looks like my daughter did it. And then he brazenly tells you that it looks fine to him. Awful place.
