  if you really feel like wasting your time and money then go ahead. It's a scam. It's not what it is made out to be, plain and simple. the experience is unpleasant, atrocious and an outright disgrace. you're promised a professional, feel good experience and all you get is compete and utter rudeness and lack of professionalism. the staff were not welcoming, impolite, mediocre at best. manicure? where? facial? where? free drinks? where, just cold coffee and over-iced orange juice. long dragging experience, the make-up artist were not accepting of any of your suggestions; how you gonna make me feel beautiful, if I'm out here looking like a clown.We were also specifically told that the hairstylist could handle African hair but on arrival they were confused and baffled and had no constructive ideas, my hair was pulled left, right and center and had bobby pins dashed into it and called it 'a look'. and they still had the bravery to hustle more money out of us, £470 for our pictures? what a joke. However, after all the hustling, we managed to get good photos, its a shame we couldn't keep all of them due to the silly prices.

  This was my seconded trip alone and I enjoyed it immensely. My session started with a mimosa, (let's be real, always a great way to start a Saturday morning). There was also an offer of a cup cakes even though I didn't indulge. They did state there would be a manicure and facial which never materialised however the manicurist and make up artists were lovely. (If you saw the state when I arrived you would understand how good they are) All the staff made the experience a joy and I have some fabulous shots. Special thanks Daniel for the additional after care.
