  Solely based off of their poor ordering system and costumer service I have to give them a fairly poor rating
  
  I ordered pens off of their website about a week ago and my credit card was charged for the two pens.
  
  I didn't receive an order confirmation email and was worried about the fact that I was charged but hadn't heard from them.
  
  I emailed customer service TWICE asking my order and they have yet to get back to me.
  
  I received the pen today and they were of fairly good quality but for a website to not send out oder confirmations and charge credits cards.. well that's a little absurd!
