  Went for a bridal fitting and so pleased I did! Has to have been one of the best underwear fittings I've had, so relaxed and made me feel comfortable from the off. The underwear suggested for me works amazingly with my dress, I am so pleased to have chosen you guys! Thank you Kim for all your help and for finding me a cute lacy set to change into afterwards too!! xxx

  I visited your liberty store on Thursday of this week and had the most wonderful customer service. I think the lady was called Kim and she was amazing.
  
  I bought 3 sets of beautiful underwear, which she helped me find through a great fitting service, advice on styles for my shape and we even had a giggle...more because I couldn’t quite believe how ridiculous I looked in a triangle non underwire (almost 40 with 2 kids later...who was I kidding) and your lady didn’t embarrass me!
  
  I walked out of your shop feeling great and I truly believe fantastic service is what retail needs to focus on more and more.
  
  One final thing your instagram is the reason I visited in the first place. Your social media team are doing a great job.
