  My first waxing experience in the summer at Marilyn's was amazing and succeeded expectations.
  
  I returned the second time disappointed as the original waxing lady had left, the new one is terrible! The appointment lasted a lot longer than needed (1 hour) as she is afraid of hurting customers and is too scared to pull the dried wax off which in fact makes it hurt even more because she just ends up pulling at the hairs rather than taking it off in one clean rip.
  
  I booked a Hollywood wax and let's be real It's never going to be pleasant but this was by far the most prolonged & painful experience I've ever had, she also failed to get every hair.
  
  So if you don't want to pay for an incomplete and painful experience AVOID waxing here.
