  Very derogatory staff, I parked to go shisha for the last hour of the day. Got turned away probably with the fact I didn't look like someone who was going to spend enough money so me and my wife walked away disappointed only to see a guy arrive in a bentley who asked are you closed, they said no come in. We were both well dressed so dress code was not the issue.
  Very disappointed to see this happening not what you would expect of a business we should have been treated the same as any other customer. We left to go to another lounge who were much more welcoming. If you want to support a business who don't treat people equally then visit here. They think just because it is in Mayfair they pick and choose who to deal with? We did want to try this lounge out since we went all the way from Birmingham to try it out, however that sadly did not happen. I hope this is acknowledged, if not I hope others will see this and not support such a business.
