  My father passed away and mum ended up in hospital in Portugal, I am based in the UK. We started the process with Lita Gale as she had offices in the UK and Portugal, and it all sounded promising however by the 3rd consultation the original strategy changed which threw my family through a loop. They are retaining my father's documents we left with them in good faith and have added more fees to their final invoice and refusing to give evidence of what work they've done. Awful family situation, turned into more of a nightmare via this company. Currently making a formal complaint with the UK Legal Ombudsman.
