  They get mixed reviews here but all I can do is comment on the service we've been provided, which has been brilliant.
  
  Having been recommended L&C by a friend, we used them for our first ever mortgage when were two people with no experience of buying a house and they were very helpful when it came to guiding us through the various stages of the application. We have used them since when it has come to remortgaging and they have always been just as helpful as the first time. Good levels of communication and keeping us "in the loop", always quick to respond to queries and always very helpful.
  
  Thoroughly recommend them.
