  I just returned from the dentist. The receptionist was pretty adequate at her job however the dentist herself was incompetent. I have been going to this dentist for years but the waiting area was not the only different and surprising change I noticed. The dentist (Female) was abrupt, useless and was pretty stiff in her customer service skills. She didn't relay any information back to us but was adamently trying to push braces on a child younger than 16 and suggessting the remaining oral issue such as inadequate brushing was due to a lack of braces (HUH?). We would have believed her if we hadn't heard from others of a similar incompetent assessment.
  
  Both appointments followed this stiff outline. Sit Down, (a whole bunch of numbers dictating which teeth were still yet to develop) and finally followed by the use of GREAT!. Literally no more than a minute was spent assessing the teeth for each appointment. And without my prompting, questions and perplexed response as GREAT! which were met with a rude response, she wouldn't have told me anything true other than GREAT!
  
  You'll probably spend more time reading this review than she spends on her patients for the whole working day (speculation). But we will be switching dentists (FACT)!!
