  Nice flowers, though really poor customer service. We went to buy flowers for a particular occasion, the staff could not be more disinterested. It’s a shame as we would have definitely bought more.
  
  Reply: Thanks Nik. It was on Thursday morning. My girlfriend and I came in around 10 or 11am. It definitely wasn’t busy, though maybe some people weren’t having a good day. The lady on the counter was really off it. Not the best of experiences. I’m sorry to say this, though I hope it can help you improve your store, as it looks as though you do take it seriously. There is certainly lots of potential there...
