  I took my ladies Rolex watch to this jewellers to have four links replaced. I unfortunately got a friend to collect it for me, but on viewing the workmanship of the repair I was horrified at the quality of the work they had done. The links they had replaced were made up of some odd bits of stainless steel which you could clearly see the joins and scorch marks where they had soldered it. They had also scratched the strap. Now I have got a £2000.00 watch that had sentimental value absolutely ruined and won't where again. Please don't take any jewellery into this shop if you value it.

  Best service possible. They are really kind and help you with everything and they are always willing to help and at least try to help and repair your problems. I am their good friend and they work 24/7 on their day offs they work and repair the jobs to make it the best possible. They also do simple jobs in store quickly and efficiently like battery changes and other jobs. Not only that the 2 staff are friendly and are very knowledgeable about what they do. They have good prices and are so kind 10/10
