  The staff was friendly enough, however, I rented on Mother's Day Sunday, returned it that evening (I have proof of them signing in the car Monday before 6am), yet I was charged a Congestion Charge. I was assured it would be refunded, however 3 emails and one month later, no reply nor refund whatsoever.
  
  If you're renting from them on a weekday, I'd be concerned the previous renter was charged a Congestion Charge for that day, then you too will be charged the same charge for the same day. And from my experience, you will not receive a refund.
  
  UPDATE: After a few more email attempts, I was finally contacted and informed my refund had been held up in the system, but was immediately being pushed through (and which I've now received). I have reviewed my score and would definitely rent from there again.
