  Today I had with them the most awful experience:
  The girl who washed my hair didn't t know or didn't t care how to do
  It, washing for her was a matter of quickness and besides while never asking
  Me about water temperature, she put the cream on my roots instead than on my ends. She Didn't t even bother to Combe them while the cream was still on and instead rinsed them straight away leaving them in a terrible state already. When complaining to the man who should then cut them, he said that may be I shouldn't t have them cut there after all....that was possibly my only luck.
  for the price they charge I think that was the worst combination of
  Rudeness, unprofessionality and bad looking place and staff altogether.
  When home I found that in addition my hair smelled like a wet dog, so may be they've been using a pet shampoo on clients heads...
  I think they should change profession and close down.
