  It's a pleasant looking venue, but understand that this is basically the cat cafe equivalent of a strip club. You can look (but only at the cats, or in my case, cat) in your area. You can't pet the cats, unless they come to you, which is unlikely, since, as others have noted, the staff takes very good care of them. You're not even permitted to take pictures of cats not in your zone... for reasons. One thing I'll say: the cats seemed very happy and relaxed.
  
  The coffee and food are okay, though it's a bit pricey for what it is, and they stick lavender or flowers In. Everything.
  
  I've been to literally dozens of cat cafes, around the world, each with their own unique rules and atmosphere. Every one of them allowed patrons to pet the cats, and in most cases, the cats were just as happy and mellow. This place, not so much. Be a cat cafe, be a mellow coffee shop, or be something else. Don't be a stuffy place with rules that limit your main attraction and cheekily allude to being a cat cafe.
  
  While the owner/manager explained the reasoning for the house rules (essentially, they experienced patrons who were crawling up the cat trees), it still felt disingenuous. Maybe others are less picky.
