  Following a miserable commute (that ended with a taxi to work) I headed to Cloud 9 to grab a fresh innertube. As a typically self sufficient cyclist I wasn't looking forward to wrestling with yet another repair.
  
  Once inside, however, I was immediately welcomed and given knowledgable advice. Adam even went out of his way to replace my inner tube and fit new rim tape free of charge! This friendly service blew me away, I will definitely be coming back in the future.
