  Im having a terrible experience with the ambassy .i have applied for a visa since the 22 of March .you guys have sent me a message through tls that all the documents have expired on dates wich was not my fault because you said you have a high demand of visa.then you asked me to rebook tickets insurance hotel wich i did sent in again .(all this cost money) you then sent me another message through tls asking me to resend the documents because they were not printed out propely .i have sent tons of emails to wich you never answered i call every single day but your lines are busy wich i hold for 1 hr or more for nothing .this is not the first time im applying for visa it's the second time.i don't understand what is going on. Im very concerned about all the money of bookings without any feedback from the ambassy .

  There is no point in applying in this embassy. Submitted 12 working days before my trip and still no update. Now that my tickets have all expired, the money I paid for the visa and tickets are gone. Only scheme to make money. Tried calling the help line and only left to be put on hold for 2-3 hours before hanging up. Called TLS and they said it’s the embassy who’s in charge. Called Belgium’s a embassy and they couldn’t hear me. Recall a few times but only to be left on hold. Phone bill rises. All a money scheme - 10 days average yeah right. Also went to the embassy and lady was so rude saying to go away and all info is with the tls centre.
