  I recently booked for a massage on the day of booking I arrived 15 min before time.
  Knocked on door, rang bell several times no reply, appears to be a flat.
  I rang mobile number no answer.there is no answering service to leave a message either.
  
  Nearly 2hrs have passed and still no return call.
  I was very disappointed as I had booked time of work to attend this appointment.
  Further more why would you have an answering service and even if your running late, wouldn't you contact the next booked person to inform them.
  Not impressed and have requested a refund from Groupon.

  I bought voucher on Groupon, but they not answering phone. Not possible to book a treatment. Without my complaining Groupon has automatically refunded money back to me. Be in Balance don't have a customer service at all
