  AVOID AVOID AVOID! Don't ever rent from this place ever!
  
  I ended up paying 3 times the cost of a daily rental for coming back a couple of hours later than the original booking (which I agreed on the day but they insisted on charging me a full days rental).
  
  Their desk closes @ 3.30 pm on Saturday. My original return was @ 16.00 so whether I got back there at 18.00 or the original time or not made no difference.
  
  I have rented before from other companies where if their office is closed OOH but you return on that day they don't charge, not Avis.... out to bleed every last penny from you!
  
  After returning the car there was nobody or no box to return keys to and we had to knock on the airport door to get somebodys attention to take the keys.
  
  They then added the final insult by marking it as a late return and charging me ANOTHER fee saying I returned it on Sunday morning.
  
  Called the LCA office 6 times on Sat before they closed and disconnected each time. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal. Locally & global!
