  I’ve found this place good at times and others bad. They misinformed me regarding flu jabs, and can be quite robotic. The male admin are great. The nurses can be cold. Dr Jenkins and Ryan are wonderful, especially Ryan. Dr. Aras by far the most unprofessional doctor i have come across. My first encounter with him I heard him screaming in his room before we entered. He then rudely kept asking me to repeat the word ‘ankle’ as my canadian accent didn’t pronounce it correctly (i have a good sense of humour and this wasn’t meant to be funny). He dismissed a massive mysterious rash I had and rushed me out within 5 minutes. I waited 4 weeks for this appointment! Finally got into dr Ryan and she agreed with my suggestion that it could be something rare and sent me to a derm who diagnosed me right away. Scary because this sort of rash is often linked to diabetics and auto immune diseases, which Dr Aras laughed at my mentioning.
  
  They do however get your children in right away if urgent. With a bit of courtesy training and sacking Aries, this would be a fantastic practice.
