  One star because they offer options for Muslims, including mortgages and ISAs. Otherwise,their rates are not competitive (but beggars can't be choosers), customer service is awful (unprofessionals manning the phones, obviously not trained), phone banking is slow and attendants often don't know their products, online banking is a bit primitive and transfers are slow. Altogether only for those who have no other choice, which will be most Muslims, so go ahead but with low expectations and you won't be horribly disappointed like I constantly am.
