  I have been to this place but another branch out in Dubai, and it is outstanding over there. However, here it seems to be a whole different story. The decor is nice and the seating is comfortable. the atmosphere was dry and there was no tunes or music to expose comfort. it was 6 of us and we had to ask the waiters that we wanted to order 7 times over 23 minutes. we were also fasting, and the waiter's did not come close to our table for a while (even though they should have brought some water and dates). This is all in terms of intro. while ordering, the waiter seemed clueless about the items, or even the portion sizes. He was certainly not new as he knew his way around with confidence, but he was lazy to give a satisfactory customer experience. When I asked him how long the food will take, he said to me with in a somewhat rude tone '' I am working alone in this section, it will come when it comes maybe 5 maybe 10 minutes'' It seemed that he had a personal issue going on and he should not share his energy with customers who are here to only eat. In regards to the food, the hummus was very good, probably one of the best here in London and the Lamb cutlets were as well, but everything else was made with rush, was tasteless and dry. I am talking about the Batata Harra, Lamb Sambosak, Moutabal, Fatoush (had aged fried bread), and Arayes. They are not keeping to their standards in this branch. After we finished eating, we asked to sit outside because they had shisha, and when I asked if we could move I was told the following ''We are not a coffee shop, you can't sit and only do shisha'' I replied, but we just ate here and we are asking to move outside. He rudely replied ''If there is a table, I will tell you''. We understood that we will never sit outside and he is just saying what we want to hear. We payed and left, and on our way out we saw new Customer sit outside, while the same person who rejected us was greeting them. We understand this is a business, but we ate worth more than the preferable minimum charge and we thought we deserved a table outside. Therefore, like I said, they are not keeping up to their standards in terms of customer service and food..their attention is more towards increasing sales. Maybe it was just this day and our luck, or maybe this is their way of operation.
