  We visited a number of floor suppliers before we went to 3 Oak. We were immediately struck by Sacha's approach and how helpful and friendly he was (without the sales pitch!). There was a great range of samples on display and it didn't take us long to find something we really liked. The service that followed was of a high standard and Ben provided us with good installation advice and the communication was excellent. We had some issues with the existing floor base which needed to be resolved before the floor could be installed but Ben and the team were unfazed by this and rectified the problem. The result is gorgeous and we genuinely couldn't fault any part of the process and the team are great to work with.

  My experience with Ben and 3 Oak was fantastic. From start to finish the whole process was faultless. I chose parquet flooring throughout the downstairs of my property and the whole experience could not have been any better. Great communication and Ben was very informative suggesting size of blocks and layout which made the whole project seamless.
  The fitters were meticulous, hard working and don't stop to the job is finished. They left the job clean, tidy and sparking every night before they finished. Go the extra mile for you and listen to you requirements. All true professionals.
  I cannot praise Ben and his team more highly.
