  I was with this practice for about 30 years. Initially there was a lovely doctor in Dr Tessa Hare, who I believe retired. Although I did not doubt the integrity of the two doctors now at the practice, they could be most unpleasant for no apparent reason. When one is either sick or injured, one simply does not need this kind of negative attitude. I also felt that three hours was much to long to wait to be seen and even with an appointment, you were often late being attended to, without apology. It was with relief that I moved to another part of Ealing and could choose another practice where the doctors have better manners.
